VHUB Privacy Policy Last Updated: September 7, 2023 Welcome to VHUB, We respect the privacy of our users and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. 1. Definitions: Anon-User: Refers to a non-registered user. Fan-User: Refers to a user of the VHUB website who has registered or agreed to use the website by identifying oneself as a non-VTuber. VTuber-User: Refers to a user of the VHUB website who has registered or agreed to use the website by identifying oneself as a VTuber. OAuth platform information: simply refers to which platform you used to register (i.e. it would possibly be in the string format of “twitch” or “google”.) This policy describes: The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you visit our website, VHUB. Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. 2. Information We Collect and How We Collect It We collect information directly from you when you provide it to us, and automatically as you navigate through the site. Directly from You if you are Anon-User: - Feedback, comments, or any content you provide through the website. Directly from You if you are a Fan-User: - Email when you register. For Google and Twitch sign-ins, only email addresses and OAuth platform information and OAuth Tokens are kept from VHUB. - Feedback, comments, or any content you provide through the website. Directly from You if you are a VTuber-User: - For Youtube sign-in: account email, youtube channel id, and OAuth platform information. - For Twitch sign-in: account email, twitch channel url, and OAuth platform information. Upon a user's request to add VTuber data and to disclose it publicly from the VTuber profile page menu (/vtuberMyPage path), we collect that information until the user requests to remove them. Removal policy follows the Data Removal Policy. Automatically from all users: - Usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through other tracking technologies. - We do not currently use cookies to track non-registered users, but only do so with registered users. 3. How We Use Your Information To present our website and its contents to you. To provide you with information, products, or services you request. For any other purpose with your consent. 4. Disclosure of Your information We will not disclose your personal information without your consent, except: To comply with any court order, law or legal process. To protect the rights, property, or safety of VHUB, our users, or others. 5. Data Removal Any data that you have provided during the registration process can be removed by sending a support ticket. In most cases the data will be purged along with the account itself. However, we currently do not support a removal of user generated content(reviews, and comments). Upon removal of an account, we will mark the user generated content’s provider as “deleted user” but will not modify the actual content. Also, for VTubers, even if one requests a removal of entire VTuber profile information, we keep the public information and only will delete sensitive information that has potential cause of harm for the actual identified individual who disclosed such information. 6. Data Sources To keep the statistics fresh and new, we utilize multiple APIs from other websites such as Twitch, Youtube, and Twitter. We only gather public information from those APIs and nothing private about your account. 7. Customer Service If anything goes wrong, plase contact use through support page. We try our best to serve you within 48 hours, but could get longer due to operational issues.
