Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the VHUB website ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Definitions - Fan: Refers to a user of the VHUB website who has registered or agreed to use the website by identifying oneself as a non-VTuber. - VTuber: Refers to virtual YouTubers or individuals who represent themselves online with animated avatars. 3. Description of Service VHUB provides a platform for reviewing VTubers and tracking live streams. Users can submit reviews, track live streams, and interact with other fans on the platform. 4. User Conduct Users are prohibited from: - Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content. - Harassing or threatening other Fans or VTubers. - Using the Service for any illegal activities. - Unauthorized usage of our apis or scraping of our content for commercial usage. (In this case, please contact us directly as we provide an official API providing our website’s generated content.) - Any activity that may harm VHUB’s persistence. 5. Content Ownership All content posted by users remains their intellectual property. However, by posting on VHUB, users grant VHUB a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute said content on the platform and in related promotional activities. 6. Termination VHUB reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user's account without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if the user breaches the Terms. 7. Disclaimers VHUB does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any content or data provided by users. Users use the Service at their own risk. 8. Limitation of Liability VHUB, its affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. 9. Changes to the Terms VHUB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. 10. Sharing VHUB Data Users are permitted to share data from VHUB, including screenshots or images of VHUB. Proper attribution must be given by linking back to the original data source on VHUB and clearly stating in text that the data is provided by VHUB. For data shared in YouTube videos, the description must include a link to VHUB, and the video should either verbally or in writing acknowledge VHUB as the data source. 11. Restrictions on Data Collection Using bots or scraping tools on VHUB's platform are strictly prohibited. Please contact us if you need our data for your own usage. We maintain an official API for such purposes. Violators may get banned from using VHUB and any of its related services. 12. Data Retention Policy VTubers’ statistical related data displayed by VHUB is sourced from public domains and heavily processed on VHUB’s part to make new insights. To prevent VHUB from displaying your channel/account statistics from third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Twitter), you must adjust your privacy settings on those respective platforms. However, if you want a removal of data that is not public, it would usually be case specific, so please send a customer support ticket. 13. Customer Service If anything goes wrong, we always keep a straightforward menu structure to navigate you to the customer support page. Please contact us if you have any issues regarding VHUB’s service. We try our best to serve you within 48 hours, but could get longer due to operational issues.
